Slopers Returns & Refund policy

Cancellation of Orders – An order placed by the Customer can ONLY be cancelled before it is shipped.

  1. There are no cancellation charges by Slopers-Rubbing-Oils Limited.
    However the payment gateway charges (approximately 2 to 4% of order value) will be applicable/deducted, while refunding such amounts to the Customers.
  2. Once an order is shipped, the same order cannot be cancelled/modified by the Customer.
  3. If for as any reason you decide you don’t want the product you have bought. Slopers will be happy to arrange a refund back into the account you used to purchase it, however conditions for a refund must be adhered to as follows:-
    1. You must return your package exactly as it was delivered to you in it’s original packaging;
    2. If the package is opened or damaged in any way this would render the product unfit for resale, therefor a refund will not be possible;
    3. By law you have 28 days to arrange a return;
    4. Sender must pay return postage.
  4. You will appreciate that for seamless experience we have tied up with multiple delivery partners. Any loss/damage on behalf of delivery partner needs to be taken up by customer with delivery partner itself.
  5. Any order returned to Slopers-Rubbing-Oils can be redelivered at extra cost. Customers need to contact our office in such cases.
  6. From time to time, we may change our product packaging. In any such case of package change, you may observe receiving old package for a limited period of time from the website.
